Does anyone know if the Luigi & Guido in the Lenticular single pack are the same as the previous releases or are they a new variant?
It’s a reflection of the flash, there is no hole.
Upon closer inspection of the reflection, superimposed, blown up, transpondered and pixelated, you can see Met in the reflection…DUDE, you are one handsome Man!!

That eye patch is making you see things!!!
He looks absolutely fantastic. Yet, I must ask, is that a hole in the front loader bit? Maybe i’ll have to inspect these closely when I buy them and hope the hole is just with the prototype.
Looks suspicious at first, but if you look at the photo with Lightning, it looks clean and solid…..probably a reflection.
Yeah, it’s just Met’s fancy-dancy deluxe photo lighting doo-dad stuff.
I think that’s just his shiny shiny paint reflecting the flash 🙂

Has it been confirmed that these will be single-carded?
I can’t help but feel that Mattel would go about the release of these guys and put them in a box-set with Mater and Lightning.
Just being a bit cynical, seeing as how most new items are boxed with a previous release or so (Such as the Chick/Mia/Tia 3-pack, and the Guido/Luigi/Lightning 3-packs, not to mention the HTB pitties/Mater 3-pack).
My bet would be single megasized like the ambulance in Resue Mater.

There were lots of ohhs and ahhs from the little man when we saw this post today. I just hope that they make it to the shelves. They just look awesome.
Not that many years ago, they’d have had functioning rubber tracks on the bulldozers, no little wheels hidden underneath. Also, they should have gone with a flat or low sheen black to give them a more rubber-like appearance…..they look like an ad for Armor-All.

If I remember correctly, we were told that anything from the Mattel showcase that was not already scheduled for release was a one-of-a-kind prototype.
So then does anyone know if Tach-o-mint is scheduled for a launcher release or was that a prototype?

A little off the subject but all of our area WMs have all of the pre-lenticular cards,(ROR), that are left marked down to $2.00.
I put this in the area shopping report this morning. The new one in town has had a total of THREE non-lenticulars in stock for a while, so I took advantage of this and bought one (RPM Crew Chief). I left Stacy and Tank Coat Pitty behind.
The older WM in town still had them at $2.97 (several Tar McQueen’s, RPM Crew Chiefs, Tank Coat Pitty’s, and 1 Darrell Cartrip).
ours has them on clearance also for 2 dollars.. AND got their end cap case in for the lenticulars! they had case b and c! and about 4 cases total out on the floor. i got the tip from Jeff last night! his walmart got 6 cases!!!
Does the bulldozer have wheels built into its treads underneath so you can roll it along? Or do the treads actually turn? Or neither?!

Has anyone seen these?! I don’t love geotracks BUT these are SWEET!
I’ve seen the geotrax Sally set and the Sarge set in stores but thus far my kids haven’t gotten into geotrax, so I’m dodging that bullet for as long as I can.
I saw them all yesterday at Kmart — very cool stuff!! (um, and a little expensive too!)

YES!!! I bought them several months ago through Fisher Price’s website and received them a few weeks ago. I sent MET pictures. They are AWESOME!!!! Since receiving them, I saw them in Target and Kmart. I think these are going to be a hot item come the holidays!
I also bought the playsets – Flo’s Cafe, Ramone’s House of Body Art, and Radiator Springs – they all hook up to Geo Trax, also!

I want these so bad! My son loves GeoTrax – these must have been those pictures we saw from Comic Con NY I think it was. I would love these, but I don’t see our KMart ever ordering this stuff in.
Does it really hook to the other GeoTrax stuff??? GeoTrax is a bit expensive though, which is why we have gotten most of it second hand or as gifts 🙂
