Mattel Disney Pixar Diecast CARS: Mater Tall Tales-The CARS Are Real & Coming … Megasize
The Mater Tall Tales lineup are SINGLES, 4-PACKS and MEGASIZE.

There was a rumor there would be “Movie Moments” 2-packs but just a rumor. It does look like they did NOT make it past the discussion stage which is good and bad. The good is that completists will not have to buy a lot of extra duplicates to have every config … the bad is that there will obviously be fewer to go around since there are some that only available as singles or only in a 4-pack.
The megasize case assortment is a guess but since there are only three megasize CARS announced for Mater Tall Tales-Rescue Squad Mater and each sealed carton only holds 6 CARS, presumably there will be 2 of each but ultimately, we’ll have to wait and see.
Look for them in mid September through early winter.

Even available internationally … as the international group pitched these as all new to retailers internationally … versus the non-lenticular Final Lap CARS …

I see lots o rescue squad stuff on Ebay from sellers in OZ.
Funny, cause I think I remember a certain individual who’s firts name started with Slice, ended with Pie who claimed he was gonna boycott these 🙂
Betted a NY style Pie agin me………..guess who won that bet? Starts with Acura, ends with NSX 🙂

Yes, you are correct, but I think I conceded rather quickly… and now I am still trying to figure out exactly how I am going to get the ingredients through airport security.
I can see it all unfolding now:
“Two cans of ‘Pizza Sauce’ and an unlabeled bottle with ‘Buffalo Wing Sauce’ written on it? Listen here son, I don’t know what you’re trying to pull, and you may be able to get away with that back in New York, but in California we do things by the book. Wow, I just noticed the caduceus on the ambulance. A wrench entwined by two battery cables! The details in these are just amazing.
You gotta love these Mater Tall Tales! They’re startin to look soo much better. I’ll be gettin my single set of these sometime next week by tuesday…I can’t wait to see the cast prod of the Tokyo Mater set too! Pixar Cars are here to stay!!! “PitStop” of Las Vegas
