Just found Chick Hicks & the Mia/Tia set at KOHL’s Department store
After the 30% discount it was a reasonable $10.50
wow can’t wait to find these. Didn’t even know chick is coming out with mia & tia. At least theres hope my little town of only a walmart will be getting new stuff.
I just found the showgirls at WM in central Vermont. Also, realized I was staring at a Sarge! Finally, back in our hands after mailing back the lead one so long ago. It just feels more complete then the Salutin’ Sarge we got last month.
Lenticular Sarge or regular Sarge?
Lenticular Sarge. We don’t have even ONE Target in Vermont, so that will be all I get for now. My 9 year old son LOVES the new eyes, though. He thinks they are way cooler than the others. So it really doesn’t matter to me. We open them all and play with them, so my original lead-Sarge wasn’t in its box anyway.

Just scored the Dinoco Showgirls Gift Pack at the older Wal-Mart in town! I saw some new Gift Packs, and thought “Hmmm, I don’t remember seeing the Team Leak Less box before”, but as soon as I saw Gold Mia & Tia, I backed up and told myself “Go slow”. I looked down, and there they were! They are gorgeous!! My kids aren’t even aware that these are coming out, and will be TOTALLY excited when I get home tonight (or sooner if I get impatient).

The kids were definitely surprised and delighted with my find. My son pointed out that the photo of Lightning McQueen on the back of the box is just “regular” Lightning McQueen, not the Aggro version.

YAY! Found a set today at a WM………… Still on the hunt for one more!! My usual Target was devoid of 3 packs – the SWM I go to said they had 6 cases on order – fingers crossed!!

I can check and see if the one I left behind is still there. It could be, I have two targets within one square mile and the one where I found mine is much less traveled than the other.

The decal job on the right headlight on my grumpy mcqueen is all screwed up just like the one in the picture. Wonder if it was the same factory worker putting his “signature” on the CARS.
How exactly is it screwed up?
look carefully at the closeup of the Lightning in the box. The right headlight decal is much lower than the one on the left…..almost down by the teeth. The one I found yesterday has the same misalignment.

Stopped by 2 Wally Worlds on the way home this morning. Both tested positive for Showgirls. That was easy. Can’t believe they are already in Texas.
Also checked the Lenticular McQueens. Out of the 50 or so that were there, none had the plastic smile.

You know I just realized something. I didn’t see a single Leakless set. Is it even imaginable that someone would take the Leakless’ and leave the showgirls?
Very nice set and glad to hear that they are in the wild finally. As always the packaging is awesome and I like the Aggro McQueen although very different from the surly McQueen when they were first announced.

It was totally unexpected. I thought I was looking at Dinoco Mia and Tia for a second….My eyes were ignoring the “plumage” on top of the showgirls heads. Then I realized what I was looking at! I was pretty excited, no doubt. I had no idea they would just be showing up like this with out the usual heads up from Met.
I’ll do that a lot too — your brain isn’t expecting something so it tricks you into thinking it’s something else.
i did the same when i found kday cars here in new zealand. the racer cardbacks jumped out and bit me, but the regular cardbacks like todd were ignored. i was looking straight at todd for about 5 mins till i realised that he was NOT tow or dextor hoover or any other similar shaped car.
cant wait to find the showgirls and the rest. so far, weve only had one case that included mater and the two chick pitties, finish line mcqueen etc.
I was shocked to find them. I had been on vacation for 3 weeks and thought I had missed news of them being released. I like them. They are cute but the car itself is a little plain to me. I think with the rims and car being the same color they look plain. The feathers are a good plastic/rubber. Probably will come off easy if played with. Still very much worth buying.
my son found them, he went ahead to the Cars isle in wm so when I met up with him, I knew he found something new -pretty good feeling for both of us. And yes Met I am in AZ, Prescott.
Glad the McQueen is not a duplicate. That makes this set easier to pick up for me.
Me too! But I need someone to pick it up for me! Boonies + 1 puny WM = no new cars for me. We’ve had 1 gold Mia & Tia 3 pak for 6 months.

We had so many (WOC) here in Canada, WM took a while to liquidate them at $3. Sears still has some down to $9.94, and TRU, well, let’s just say they think it will sell better at $18.99.
P.S. Mattel, we don’t need a Finish Line MQ in EVERY case, and we especially don’t need more Dinoco/Gold twins.

I just found these today. They have a sparkle coat finish. They shine like crazy in the sun light. Really a fantastic paint job!

I found them at Target in Irvine, CA. Although, I have heard a lot of people say they have found them at Walmarts in CA as well.
