Mattel Disney Pixar Diecast CARS: Take Five Crew Chief … Team Coming Together!
Of course, thanks to Nathaniel S. Binns, the Take Five Racer is out front with clean air 🙂
Of course, without aCrew Chief, I’d be out there trying to turn right. Or is that left, oh man, I got funnel cake all over my mike … is it right or left? 🙂
Thanks to Nathaniel, finally the brains of the operation is here 🙂
Amazing details.
Of course, now you’ve done it … now, I’ll have to pick out a spot on Pit Row 🙂
Of course, Nathaniel is making the great custom TAKE FIVE Piston Cup racer … drop him an email if you’re interested in getting one made for yourself. Be sure and send in pics for those who already received your T5 racer …
I’m not sure if he’ll be adding the Crew Chief to his offerings but you can ask him. 🙂
Of course, in his spare time he’s made some other amazing customs … his latest …
All hand done, of course PLUS his own original designs. Notice the extra special insider design? That’s not just a random loop around the #44 but of course, the Hot Wheels orange track loop de loop … perfect!
The original post on the TakeFive Piston Cup race car …
Thanks for the great Take Five CARS, Nathaniel – genius!

Nate v. Arroldo grudge match anyone? I’ll start calling my contacts in Vegas…
(MET: Um, I think we would be the winners here … 🙂 ).
Arroldo would win hands down. He’s GOOD!
(MET: Michelangelo versus Monet … we’re just there to pick up what falls to the floor 🙂 ).
Is it possible to order one Racer and one chef ??? It’s for an special contest, we already give a lot of racers somes BR, Ransburg or SDCC2008 but that present will be great for my French members…

Looks great! Such patience, and a steady hand. 🙂
Thank you all! I really enjoy making these. I’d also like to thank Met, if it wasn’t for this web site I would never had started customizing these cars. It is a great hobby. Shoot me an email if any one is interested in one binnsnkc@msn.com
DarthN8r, Nate,
You continue to amaze!!!
When you get a chance could you email me at chad.morgan@rtc1.com
Thanks
Chad
Very nice!
Absolutely awesome customs! Thank you for sharing.
is thier a specific reason the T5AD car is numbered 25?
The 2 is for the old 2 a day site, and the 5 is for Take 5
ah, thought it was, i joined just after the switch over.
I’d like one of these!! But you know the saying, “If you have to ask how much it costs, you can’t afford it!” That’s my problem. They are beautiful and I can think of at least one other custom I’d like too.
You really should ask if you want one… I traded a few things for mine, and I think he was more than fair, and it was well worth it!
Thank You! I am glad you like my work!
I thought it was really reasonable too, especially for the quality!!!
Shoot me an email binnsnkc@msn.com I’ll let you know what I need and we can work something out.
I have seen his work firsthand, and I can say it looks better in person than even the great looking pics! My TFAD racer is proudly displayed with the most prized pieces of my collection!
Wait till you see what’s next…
I had Nate make me a custom Dave Matthews Band car (#41 with the firedancer symbol) and it is so damn sweet!! I don’t know if he wants pics of it posted or not but his work really is great and I was very impressed.
Thank you!
Met you got a link to his flickr account or sometihng?
The Hot Wheels car is well done, but it’s hardly an original design. That’s Kyle Petty’s old car.
I didn’t realize Kyle Petty was so tiny. He looks bigger on TV.
Heh-heh.
Thank you! I really like the hot wheels car too. Sorry for the confusion. I made it from Kyle Petty’s car.
(MET: I remember Kyle’s CAR … it didn’t seem as nice 🙂 ).
