Upcoming Pixar Movie “Up” To Have Short Feature “Partly Cloudy”
Pixar’s next movie, UP, will also have one of their incredible shorts preceeding it called, PARTLY CLOUDY. Rumor has it that PARTLY CLOUDY is ‘an up-in-the-skies fable about how storks and cloud people work together to deliver babies of all shapes, sizes and species’.
From the AWN website:
“Everyone knows that the stork delivers babies, but where do the storks get the babies from? The answer lies up in the stratosphere, where cloud people sculpt babies from clouds and bring them to life. Gus, a lonely and insecure grey cloud, is a master at creating “dangerous” babies. Crocodiles, porcupines, rams and more — Gus’s beloved creations are works of art, but more than a handful for his loyal delivery stork partner, Peck. As Gus’s creations become more and more rambunctious, Peck’s job gets harder and harder. How will Peck manage to handle both his hazardous cargo and his friend’s fiery temperament?”
PARTLY CLOUDY is directed by Peter Sohn and produced by Kevin Reher. UP will debut May 29 in theaters.

I think its a cute idea. Kids know the difference… I mean my 3 year old doesn’t REALLY believe cars have eyes and can talk, etc etc because he has seen the movie 1,000 times…
Who hasn’t heard the stork story? why not bring it to life and explore it.

Did anyone ever find out if Toyko Drift Mater will be on the Bolt DVD March 24? The Blu-Ray comes out March 22 by the way.

The fact that you even know what 1080p is impresses me. Whenever I start talking 720p, 1080i, 1080p, my wife checks out of the conversation.
hahaha, I love technology. And actually my favorite shows to watch in the full 1080P are Pixar. The detail is just so amazing and dramatic!

akaJim, I have friends who decided to home school their daughter because they did not want her being taught evolution. I tried to explain to them, that it is the things THEY teach her that matter…Love, God, Creation, Manners, Empathy, Passion…the things they instill in her at a young age are the things she will believe…sure she will question and she will fight and argue, but ultimately she will have both points of view and choose the one that is closet to her heart!
