Carssneaks describes it as a custom – I am unsure of the artist-creator but it looks very nice and hey, it’s FREE for you to win. Nothing to buy!

Love your work! I’m sorry if this question has been put to you, but here goes: I’m working on my own custom Mac iCar for my son, and what advice can you offer? what kind of paint do you recommend once I’ve sanded away the existing paint? And once done, it’s obvious enough how to make the apple logo and number for decals, but where did you get the other logos? Did you hand draw them in Illustrator? And did you apply the decals, then cover with a varnish/sealant? Do you have a website/youtube videos? Any help is much appreciated!

But isn’t the prize being offered here an unauthorized, unlicensed product using the Apple logo without permission? Sorry, I own the real deal, so copies are a touchy area.
(MET: Artists are allowed to ‘comment’ on trademarked material as long as it does not cause consumer “confusion.” Since this is not on a card, not in a box set and not being sold and listed as a custom, it would hard to argue that case plus since it is not being sold, you would be hard pressed to claim much in the way of damage. The trademark laws are actually fairly specific as to what constitutes trademark infringement but of course, most people would prefer not to battle Apple, Disney or Pixar’s lawyers or most other corporations. Manufacturing or mass marketing said infringement is of course a DIFFERENT matter and different legal laws & rules apply versus one-of-a-kind creations).
