It would seem likely these are a WM Canada exclusives (in the US, it appears Pit Race Off Launchers are an ALT CHANNEL “exclusive”) … but maybe just for this case dash code?
There are about 400 WM’s in Canada so like in the US, I’m sure some stores might get 3 cases and others zero.
