Here is an interesting thing. It looks like number on the back of the ticket is the SAME for every individual car. For instance, all SPINOUT LIGHTNING MCQUEEN’s are ALL 3739960264880210? (CLICK ON GRAPHIC above to be taken to WORLDOFCARS.COM)

You get immediate bonuses, I got a can of (presumably) nitro with my Spinout McQueen code.
You also are awarded “car coins” which (presumably) unlocks other things and allows you to buy upgrades to your car.

So I have started an EDITGRID spreadsheet where if you’d like, you are free to test out and add numbers to the theory that the redemption code numbers for each CAR are all the same … maybe they will change them by CASES? Maybe any repeats in CASE B are different? Not sure but might as well test it and play with it … it will probably change after the ‘beta’ test period when the full site launches but for now, codes are free to swap.
BTW, even if you do not want to post your codes, at least tell anyone/everyone you know that the codes are FREE – hopefully this will prevent people wasting money on eBay buying numbers.
Disney is the SMARTEST corporation on the planet when it comes to making money from you but even better, you actually feel good about paying them money … turn my good ole US dollars into DISNEY DOLLARS only redeemable at the Disney lands and no where else on the planet? – woohoo …
So don’t feel like you’re cheating Disney – they know what they are doing and would not leave a gaping revenue hole like this if it didn’t serve their purpose …
a) it’s not like you’re not going to buy the CAR – whether the code is there or not …
b) they want you on the site to build your car, race and NEVER want to leave the online CARS Land.
c) this also allows them to beta test the site for glitches or traffic and see what people like or don’t like …
d) then in 2009 when the site and online world of RADIATOR SPRINGS actually launches, the codes will probably only be useable once since they are printed stickers – why else Disney would bother to generate a 16-digit number for now when they are all the same for each CAR … in 2009, it’s pretty simple to switch from generate one number for a CAR type to ONE per CAR …

Only Race-O-Rama releases have codes. The King Launcher and Sally Cone have not yet been released on ROR so there are no codes for them.
Someone should be posting the Elvis code any day now.
(MET: I posted the Elvis code in my post but mostly LETTERS – some people claim it didn’t work? Or they are beginning – one code per use?)
