DreamWorks Adds Roary the Racing Car
Dreamworks Animation has added the animated TV Series, “Roary the Racing Car” to its properties … they purchased Chapman Entertainment which also includes: “Fifi and the Flowertots,” “Raa Raa the Noisy Lion,” and “Little Charley Bear.”
You can read more at Variety.com.
Chapman started “Bob the Builder,” which I have heard of and watched – Bob the Builder is not included but is now part of HIT Entertainment which is owned by Mattel.
You can check out the main characters of the show here. And his best friend is a pickup truck. The show launched in 2007.
Dreamworks’ current attempt at creating a CARS franchise is not going too well … so apparently they needed actual automobile characters with eyes though in Roary world, there are humans.
Why would they put Turbo on clearance before the DVD is released?
I can’t believe the turbo stuff is already on clearance everywhere, that didnt last long! It would be nice for roary the racing car to make a comeback, especially if they updated it some. My little one loved that show when he was little.
Don’t like it. Don’t like it one bit. Haha
